2. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website loja-horeca.finisterra.pt, as well as all commercial transactions carried out through the Finisterra online store. Browsing the site and purchasing any product implies acceptance of these Terms.
Finisterra reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice; changes will be published on the site.
3. Website content and product features
Finisterra sells HORECA sector products and equipment. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Reproduction of the site‘s content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All texts, illustrations and images on the site are protected by the corresponding copyright. Any total or partial reproduction without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
5. Obligations of Customers and Users
The Customer undertakes to: (i) not post unlawful or offensive content on the site; (ii) provide accurate personal data and addresses for order processing, being responsible for their accuracy.
6. Placing an online order
To purchase on the site, you must register as a Customer. Completing an order implies express acceptance of these Terms. Finisterra will send a confirmation by email and will process the order after payment confirmation.
7. Product availability
If any ordered product is unavailable, the Customer will be contacted immediately by Finisterra to find an appropriate solution..
8. Price
Prices are stated in euros (€) and are subject to VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Shipping costs are shown separately before final confirmation. Finisterra reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prejudice to orders that have already been confirmed.
9. Payment methods and terms
Payments may be made by Multibanco Reference, MB Way or Bank Transfer, within 2 (two) business days of completing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
10. Delivery time
The estimated shipping time is approximately 3 (three) business days, for all of mainland Portugal, after payment confirmation. These timeframes are indicative only and do not give rise to any right to compensation in the event of delay.
11. Delivery method
Orders are sent to the address provided by the Customer. All orders must be inspected upon receipt; any damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Finisterra.
12. Cancellation by Finisterra
Failure to pay within 2 days entitles Finisterra to automatically cancel the order. Finisterra also reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a programming error or malfunction of its IT systems (under Decree-Law No. 7/2004).
13. Customer’s right of free withdrawal
Return period: 14 days after receipt of the goods, by email to loja.horeca@finisterra.pt stating the order number. You may state the reason, if you wish.
Conditions: product in good condition, without damage from excessive use, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Defective product: report within 14 days with photographs; Finisterra covers the costs of return and re-shipment, or issues a full refund.
Refund: made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method originally used.

14. Finisterra’s liability
Finisterra is liable for original defects in its products. Returns outside the conditions set out in point 13 are not accepted, nor is Finisterra liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, negligence or force majeure.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese court, without prejudice to legal consumer protection rules.
